Police make arrests over gunshot, knife attacks
At least 15 people are wounded when a terrorist detonated a bomb during a demonstration on a beach in Turkey’s resort city of Izmir, state-run Anadolu Agency reported.
A security official says at least 14 people have died in the blast, which wounded nine.
Riot police fire tear gas into the crowds after a crowd of about 500 left the Bataclan concert hall in Paris, France, with two suicide bombers. One died later in hospital, while several were killed as they returned to their vehicles, authorities said.
Around 100 people are still taking shelter on a bridge near the site of the attack, the Associated Press reports, adding that at least a dozen police officers are among the injured.

Authorities said they believe the two suicide bombers had traveled to Syria after a failed attempt to join Isis in 2014. A police official told local media: “We believe they are either supporters of Islamic State or they were recruited through 일본 카지노recruitment agencies.”

The attack on Friday was the latest in a series of attacks targeting large groups in France.

In early May, a truck was hijacked in a residential area in Nice, France, killing 86 people. The driver, Mohamed Lahouaiej-Bouhlel, said he acted out of anger at Charlie Hebdo for drawing the Prophet Mohammad.
Earlier in the month, a vehicle rammed into crowds in Nice, leaving 84 people dead.
